Supports Eisler for City Council, Position 7

It is with great pride that I endorse Melody Eisler for Poulsbo City Council, Position 7. I have known Melody professionally and personally for close to a decade and in that time have come to greatly respect her integrity, intelligence, passion and commitment to the community.

It is with great pride that I endorse Melody Eisler for Poulsbo City Council, Position 7.

I have known Melody professionally and personally for close to a decade and in that time have come to greatly respect her integrity, intelligence, passion and commitment to the community.

In her role as a public servant at the Garden City Library, Melody was always providing amazing opportunities to all members of her community, including the low-income youth served by my organization, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County. Melody has always shown great vision and progressive advocacy to ensure access to education, technology, and life-building opportunities were provided to everyone in the community. She has a professional manner in building community partnerships and providing services to the public. Her desire to help others and talent for developing sustainable alliances is matched only by the fun and inspiring manner in which she facilitates collaborative initiatives.

In short, she is a joy to work with and makes even the most challenging undertakings seem feasible because you know you can depend on her to fearlessly move the project forward as long as it is done for the right reasons.

I’ve also seen her stand strong in the face of political pressure to ensure she maintained the public’s trust in doing what was best for her community. You can trust her to do the right thing, even when doing the right thing is difficult.

Her vision, experience and skill as a leader more than qualify her for a public position on the City Council and the citizens of Poulsbo will be well served to elect her for a council seat.
