Plan ahead for SR 104 Hood Canal Bridge drawspan openings

SHINE – Drivers who use the State Route 104 Hood Canal Bridge are encouraged to plan ahead. Repairs will require weekday afternoon drawspan openings that close the bridge to vehicular traffic.

Between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. each Monday through Thursday until Nov. 6, drivers can expect delays when crossing the SR 104 Hood Canal Bridge.

Drawspan openings could cause delays of up to 20 minutes.

The openings will allow crews to make needed electrical repairs to the bridge.
