These hens are Hawks fans | Slice of life

SEABECK — Cindy and Dale Blattman’s hens aren’t afraid of hawks — Seahawks, that is.

The brood of hens enjoys some fancy digs: their henhouse has heating, lofts, a window with a view of the forest, and a 12 flag adorning the front entrance.

These hens are no fairweather fans. Despite the team’s 31-24 divisional playoff loss to the Carolina Panthers Jan. 17, the hens think their Hawks are worth cackling about.

Post-playoffs, the 12 flag remains.
