Deguzman graduates basic
Air Force Airman Veulah Chloe S. Deguzman has graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Deguzman is the daughter of Elena and Rolando Deguzman of Bremerton. She is a 2012 graduate of Olympic High School.
Martir graduates basic
Air Force Airman First Class Nicole M. Martir graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Martir is the daughter of Nieves and Johnny Martir of Bremerton, Wash.
She is a 2010 graduate of Olympic High School. She earned an associate’s degree in 2013 from Olympic Community College.
