LACEY — North Kitsap’s season ended with a 3-1 loss to Archbishop Murphy in the 2A State Volleyball Tournament Nov. 14.

North Kitsap (11-4, 16-4) opened the tournament Nov. 13, at St. Martin’s University in Lacey, with a 3-1 win over Anacortes. The Vikings lost 3-0 to Ellensburg later in the day, setting up a consolation match with Archbishop Murphy on Nov. 14.

After overcoming North Kitsap, Archbishop Murphy faced Tumwater but lost 3-2 to finish sixth in the state tournament.
