The Old Town Silverdale Winter Art Walk takes place from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 9, with artists showing and selling their works in businesses throughout the Old Town area, merchants offering prizes, a barbershop quartet singing Christmas carols and Santa handing out candy to good little boys and girls.
New for this art walk, there will be a free shuttle bus circling the route between businesses. Food bank donations will be accepted on the bus.
Artist Carrie Goller will be demonstrating her craft at the Port of Silverdale office on NW Byron, and A Cappella will be singing at The Lighthouse Cafe and Wine Bar.
Businesses offering promotions are Tee Dee & Co., with a drawing for a gift certificate; Expansions Yoga, free mini massages; Jeanette’s Old Town Flowers, free roses; and Monart School of the Arts, drawing for a free class.

Galleries and businesses participating in the Art Walk but not the juried process are: Monart School of the Arts, Inner Winds, McGregor and Co., The Bead Garden, and A Company of Friends.
Inner Winds features the art of Luz Maria Rosas, Sara Beckett, Cheryl Mallard and Xavier Chueca Mallard.
The Old Town area is reached by going south past the Kitsap Mall on Silverdale Way and turning left at the light onto NW Byron Drive, or from NW Bucklin Hill Road turn onto Bayshore Drive at the head of Dyes Inlet.
