Harvest dinner set

The dinner brings together Kitsap farms, wineries and breweries with the area's top chefs

The sixth annual Kitsap Grown Harvest Dinner will be at the Olympic College Bremer Student Center on Oct. 25, from 4 to 7 p.m.

The dinner brings together Kitsap farms, wineries and breweries with the area’s top chefs, all in celebration of local food.

The Harvest Dinner is led by Chef Chris Plemmons, nationally acclaimed chef and culinary educator at Olympic College, and Chef Monica Downen, whose Monica’s Waterfront Bakery and Cafe in Silverdale is recognized as one of the top destination eateries the region.

Altogether, 10 local chefs will be helping prepare this feast of Kitsap, each highlighting their culinary skills and preferences.

There will be a keynote speaker, silent auction, live music, no-host bar, and a 50/50 raffle, with all proceeds benefitting the Kitsap Community & Agricultural Alliance (KCAA).
