Can you help identify this person’s remains?

The Kitsap County Medical Examiner’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying human remains found Oct. 21, 2022. The remains were located in an area inhabited by homeless people near Auto Center Way and Harlow Drive in Bremerton.

The body was decomposed, and no identification was located. An autopsy showed no identifying scars, marks, tattoos or medical devices.

The body was clothed in brown leather low-top, lace-up shoes, and blue elastic waist pants. There were glasses located near the body.

The Medical Examiner’s Office has worked with the state forensic anthropologist at the King County Medical Examiner’s Office who developed a further description: Man, possibly with Asian or Indigenous heritage, between the ages of 27 and 61, with 40 to 60 being the most probable. Height of approximately 5 feet 6 inches.
