We accepted their generosity and passed it on

Following three hours of ballroom dancing at the Port Orchard Eagles, several senior citizens (usually six to 12 of us) always go to the Family Pancake House for dinner. On April 26, seven of us were eating dinner and visiting.

Four people who were sitting in that area of the restaurant paid for all seven of our dinners.

We were surprised and delighted. No one had ever received such a special random act of kindness.

We agreed to donate the amount we would have paid for our dinners to the South Kitsap Helpline.

What a nice feeling. Thank you very much for being so kind.
