November election: Politics of personal destruction

Regarding recent letters about candidate James M. Olsen, both in support and against. I have received three copies of a police report that James M. Olsen filed with the Bainbridge Island Police Department that he mass-emailed to those on his mailing list, wherein he names me as a “suspect” in the recent theft of some of his campaign signs.

I have been assured by the BIPD that I am not a suspect, and as my wife and I and my friends and colleagues and co-workers know that I didn’t commit this crime or any other crime against James M. Olsen, it appears that the politics of personal destruction are alive and well in the camp of candidate James M. Olsen.

If you can’t vote Democrat in the race for Representative in the 23rd District, Position 2, please vote for your cat or dog or a box of donuts, or don’t vote at all, because character does matter, and there is something seriously amiss in James M. Olsen’s character.
