I would like to see the voters in Washington have their own cap-and-trade vote on U.S. Reps. Jay Inslee and Norm Dicks, who voted for the recent climate change legislation approved by Congress.

I would like the results to put a “cap” on their time in Washington so we can “trade” them in for representatives who could roll back the governmental control over citizens.

I would enjoy having Inslee and and Dicks explaining, under oath, everything that is in the 1,500 pages of cap-and-trade and why there are so many special giveaways.
