F Street in Bremerton on Thursday. “It sounded like metal smashing metal … BOOM!,” said Angela Angelonis, who lives across the street from the home. She said the power went out at her home. She and a few other people stood across the street and watched firefighters investigate. They said the people living inside the home were told to stay inside.
