Port Orchard development director James Weaver resigns

Port Orchard development director James Weaver announced his resignation during Tuesday night’s city council meeting.

Weaver drafted a letter to Mayor Tim Matthes, which stated his departure will be effective Jan. 2.

Matthes could not be reached for comment.
