The 2013 Port Orchard Concerts by the Bay kickoffs Thursday, June 13, with the South Kitsap High School band at the Port Orchard Marina Park from 6-8:30 p.m.
Admission and parking is free.
The event is sponsored by the Fathoms o’ Fun Festival.
