Holiday closures announced

The following city, school and country entities will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday:

•  All branches of the Kitsap Regional Library will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24 and 25.

• The Port Orchard City Hall will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25.

• All schools in the South Kitsap School District will be closed from Monday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Jan. 3. School resumes on Monday, Jan. 6.

• The Kitsap County Courthouse and Admistrative Building will be closed on Dec. 25.

• All state and federal buildings, including post offices, will be closed Dec. 25.
