POULSBO — Kitsap County Commissioner Rob Gelder will give a “State of the County” address at the Greater Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce luncheon 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 13 at Gateway Fellowship, 18901 8th Ave., Poulsbo.
