PORT ORCHARD — More details are expected to be disclosed by Executive Director John Clauson about Kitsap Transit’s plans for future Southworth fast ferry service at a community meeting on Saturday, Oct. 26, at Harper Church in Port Orchard.

The community meeting will take place between 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church, 10384 SE Sedgwick Rd.

Clauson will answer questions from attendees, according to Kitsap Transit, and will invite the community to take a new online survey that they say will help planners understand customer needs.

Organizers ask that those planning to attend to RSVP at 360-373-2877.
