Police seeking assistance after Bremerton bank robbery

Bremerton police reported a bank robbery at U.S. Bank on Wednesday morning and are asking for help locating the suspect.

The robbery occurred around 9:52 a.m. at the bank branch on 6th Street and Naval Ave., police said.

Surveillance footage shows what appears to be a white male with a goatee approaching a teller’s desk. He is wearing a gray stocking cap and a bright green scarf.

Police asked anyone with information on the suspect to call 911.

The robbery would be the second bank heist at a Bremerton bank in recent months. On October 30, a suspect wearing a mask robbed a KeyBank on Wheaton Way, making off with $1,200 in cash.
