Top returners: Vanessa Davies, guard, senior; Olivia Krog, guard/forward, senior; Ilasa Sousou, forward, senior; Erika Pilchard, guard, junior.
Key newcomers: Pono Fuiava, guard, freshman; Alexandra Neumann, forward, sophomore; Jai-Lynn Taylor, forward, so., Maddy Anderson, guard, sophomore.
Outlook: The Cougars have a freshman and a sophomore in the starting lineup, so there will be growing pains early. Davies will direct the offense from the point with new additions Fuiava, a good outside shooter and Neumann, a six-foot center, as an inside presence. Playoffs spots are always tough to come by in the South Sound Conference and this young team will have to grow quickly to compete.
