Firefighters to hit the streets for MDA

The International Association of Fire Fighters Local 2819 will be having a “Fill the Boot” drive this Thursday, Aug. 21 from 2-6 pm at the intersection of Silverdale Way and Ridgetop Boulevard.

The drive benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Local 2819 annually raises between $9 and $15,000 a year during its boot campaign.
