Lilly receives master’s degree

BOSTON — Steffen E. Lilly, of Port Orchard, received a master’s degree in project management in January at Boston University.

Lilly was one of 1,663 students who were awarded academic degrees.

With more than 33,000 students, BU is the fourth-largest private

university in the country.
