Poulsbo man charged with wood theft

Cody C. Duty, 19, of Poulsbo, is charged in Kitsap County District Court with second-degree theft.

On July 20, sheriff deputies arrived at the Island Lake Cemetery about a reported theft of wood. Duty was with two other men who were cutting up fallen trees in the area. The estimated loss in fire wood is $1,200.

Duty was booked into Kitsap County Jail.
