Mandy Harter and David Marcellis are engaged to be married Sept. 28 at Manchester State Park.

The bride is the daughter of Janet Harter of Poulsbo and Stephen Harter of Bremerton. She graduated from North Kitsap High School in 2000 and earned a degree in elementary education from Central Washington University in 2006. She is a school registrar and administrative assistant at Charles Wright Academy.

The groom is the son of Joanne Robinson of Renton and John Marcellis of Des Moines. He graduated from Hazen High School in Renton in 2004 and is a financial representative at Kitsap Credit Union.

Mandy and David met in May 2011 and became engaged on March 23, 2013 in Tacoma.
