Poulsbo woman allegedly steals from friend

POULSBO — Martha A. Stump, 28, of Poulsbo, is charged in Kitsap County Superior Court with second-degree possession of stolen property and second-degree trafficking in stolen property.

On June 24, the victim was visiting Stump from California when the victim’s husband contacted her about unauthorized charges on their bank card. Over $300 was withdrawn from ATMs, where video footage identified Stump. The victim also reported her Apple iPad was stolen, pawned by Stump.

Stump was booked into Kitsap County Jail on July 2.
