PLU degree, teaching career for Rachel Daniels

POULSBO — Rachel Daniels will graduate May 26 from Pacific Lutheran University with a dual degree in elementary education and special education.

Daniels was salutatorian of Kingston High School’s class of 2009. At PLU, she will graduate summa cum laude with a 3.97 GPA.

She will be employed come August by the Federal Way School District in a K-2 special education classroom.

Her parents are Mike and Carol Daniels of Poulsbo.
