Viking volleyball season ends after two losses

The North Kitsap High School volleyball team’s trip to state ended after losing to Lynden High School on Nov. 13.
This was the first state tournament in the program’s history.
The Vikings, who went undefeated in the Olympic League this season (11-0), also lost to Selah High School Nov. 12 in three matches during the first round of tournament play.
Both opposing teams have experience with state tournaments; Selah High has gone to state since 2001.
