Health District proposes revisions to 2010 fee schedule

The Kitsap County Health District will present its revised 2010

Environmental Health fee schedule to the Kitsap County Board of Health at the Board’s next monthly meeting from 11:20 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1 in the first floor chambers meeting room in the Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th St. The District will request Board approval of the revised schedule at this meeting.

Although the vast majority of fees will remain the same as they are in 2009, several fees are proposed to be adjusted in 2010. Decreases are proposed for public drinking water system surveys and water status reports. Increases are proposed for administrative appeals to the Health Officer and Board of Health. Several other clarifications or housekeeping items are also proposed.
