Tryouts for the 2010 Kitsap Pumas Pro-Youth soccer academy continue tonight on the fields of the former Bremerton Junior High on Wheaton Way. Teams will consist of players from across the county and will be trained once-weekly by the professional players and coaches of the Kitsap Pumas.

Cost for those earning a position on the Pro-Youth teams is $300 per player, excluding tournament fees. Players will receive an official Pumas team kit (jersey, shorts, socks), a 2010 season ticket and more. For more information and to register, visit www.kitsapsoccerclub.com.

The tryout schedule is as follows:

Girls U17/18 — 6 p.m. May 7 at Bremerton Junior High (on Wheaton Way behind Albertson’s)

Boys U12/13 and Girls U13/14 — 2-4 p.m. May 16 at Bremerton High School’s Memorial Stadium (1500 13th St)

Boys U17/18 and Boys U15/16 — 4-6 p.m. May 16 at Bremerton High

Boys U12/13 and Girls U13/14 — 2-4 p.m. May 23 at Bremerton High

Boys U17/18 & Boys 15/16 — 4-6 p.m. May 23 at Bremerton High
