Butcher & Baker Provisions celebrates four years

On April 22 Butcher & Baker Provisions celebrated their four-year anniversary since opening in the historic Automotive Station in Port Gamble. From their handmade sweets, prime cut savories, locally made artisan goods, and a diverse menu, they’ve brought a unique and delicious element to Port Gamble. Chef Adam Sawasy and Chef Patricia Horton have enjoyed providing farmhouse food to countless fans and like to keep things interesting with a rotating menu. Currently, they are open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. for carry-out and curbside orders only.

What’s the in-house favorite dish?

“The items that I love so much on our menu are the ones that our kitchen staff are developing for every menu change. We get the opportunity to cook and create, twist and tweak everything for sometimes weeks so when it makes it to your plate it is exactly what we envision. It is such a fun time cooking for each other and bouncing ideas back and forth and watching every staff member add their two cents. It is that type of fun that makes our food what it is,” said Sawasy.

Visit their website at butcherandbakerprovisions.com for hours and menus.
