Olaf Hilton, 90

Former Poulsbo resident Olaf B. Hilton died Sept. 29, 2006 in Auburn. He was 90.

Hilton was born to Christian and Barbra Hilton in Poulsbo on Dec. 1, 1915.

He married Lillian M. Isakson on Dec. 8, 1943 in Seattle.

Hilton graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1934.

He worked for Weyerhauser for 32 years before retiring in 1979.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with family. He was a member of the Vasa Lodge in Longview and the Good Sam Club.

Hilton is survived by his wife Lillian of Maple Valley; daughter Sandy Hilton (Ron Lyter) of Maple Valley; and a granddaughter.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Stone Chapel in Poulsbo. Burial will be held at the Poulsbo City Cemetery following the reception.
