South Kitsap fire displaces three adults

PORT ORCHARD — Three adults were displaced due to a fire in the 14000 block of Joy Lane SW in South Kitsap.

The Red Cross is assisting them, providing emergency shelter as well as assistance for food and clothing.

On average, the American Red Cross, Northwest Region responds to an emergency like this every 16 hours. All Red Cross disaster assistance is free of charge. For more information about the Red Cross, visit www.redcross.org.
