Narcotics search warrant in Bremerton leads to 4 arrests

The Kitsap County multi-agency SWAT team assisted deputies and detectives with the service of a narcotics-related search warrant in East Bremerton in the early morning of Oct. 22, which led to the arrest of four people.

The suspect residence is in the 2100 block of Bellpark Drive. A total of 15 people were contacted at the property. Nine individuals came out of the residence after numerous commands. Five individuals were contacted in vehicles/RVs on the property, per the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.

“This residence has brought a lot of unwanted attention to this typically quiet neighborhood,” Kitsap County Sheriff John Gese said. “The impact of addiction is profound in our community. Treatment offers hope to those addicted. The Sheriff’s Office will respond to those situations…especially where illegal drugs are being trafficked, further putting our community at risk.”

Four people were booked into the Kitsap County Jail for outstanding arrest warrants and various drug charges. Two of those booked were the renters, and charges will be forwarded for maintaining a dwelling for drug purposes.

Detectives are still on scene processing evidence to determine if additional charges may be filed. The Kitsap Public Health District is also responding to inspect the residence due to plumbing and septic failures, per KCSO.
