Theodore “Teddy” James Sotelo, 56, of Bremerton, was charged with burglary in the second degree after a manager at the Port Orchard Walmart allegedly saw him take a beer into the store bathroom Jan. 13.

The manager watched Sotelo walk out of the store without paying for anything. Port Orchard police saw Sotelo walk out of the store “with a box of Cheez-Its in one hand and a six pack of beer under his other arm.”

Sotelo had been previously trespassed from Walmart. Bail was set at $50,000. He had just been released from jail about eight hours earlier.
