Four Kingston men charged with burglary

Daniel L. Decoteau Jr., 20; Kwangksun J. Decoteau, 18; Dean R. Fulton, 19; and John A. Horton, 18, all of Kingston, are charged in Kitsap County Court with second-degree burglary.

KINGSTON — Daniel L. Decoteau Jr., 20; Kwangksun J. Decoteau, 18; Dean R. Fulton, 19; and John A. Horton, 18, all of Kingston, are charged in Kitsap County Court with second-degree burglary.

On Aug. 11 about 4:30 a.m., Kitsap County Sheriff deputies checked out a silent burglary alarm at David Wolfle Elementary School.

According to the report, the deputies saw Decoteau Jr. driving a vehicle out of the parking lot with the three other suspects as passengers.

“Inside the car, in plain view was a plastic soap dispenser container labeled North Kitsap School District,” according to the report.

Kwangksun Decoteau said they were at the school to hang out, and someone went inside portable building and took some “stupid stuff,” according to the report.

A warrant was obtained via telephone, and during the search, a deputy found a knife in Horton’s pants pocket. Another suspect told the deputies the knife was used to enter the building.

All were booked into Kitsap County Jail: Decoteau Jr. on $20,000 bail; Horton on $5,000 bail; and Kwangksun Decoteau and Fulton were released as of Aug. 12.
