Election ballots in the mail by Oct. 18

Voters will need to postmark their ballot envelopes by Nov. 5

PORT ORCHARD — Kitsap County’s registered voters should expect to receive ballots for the Nov. 5 general election in their mailboxes sometime between the end of next week and into the following week.

The county’s elections division indicated in its general election local voters’ pamphlet, which also was mailed to residents, that those ballots will be sent out by Friday, Oct. 18.

Residents can access the elections division online at kcowa.us/elections.
