A 62-year-old Poulsbo man was killed in a head-on collision the night of April 25 near the Hood Canal Bridge.

Michael Wogoman was driving northbound on Highway 3 near Bridgeway Lane when he tried to pass a vehicle on a blind corner before colliding with a vehicle headed southbound, a State Patrol news release states. Wogoman was not wearing a seatbelt, per WSP.

Two of the three occupants in the other vehicle were transported to St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale with injuries.
