The following cases have been filed in Kitsap County District and Superior Courts.

The following cases have been filed in Kitsap County District and Superior Courts:

— Burglary and possession: A 34-year-old Suquamish man was charged one count each of stealing a firearm; burglary in the second degree; and possession of stolen propery. The alleged counts took place on approximately Sept. 16.

— Possession of Controlled Substance with intent to distribute: A 64-year-old Port Orchard man was hit with one count of possessing methamphetamines with the intent to sell and distribute.

— Multiple charges: A 34-year-old was charged thrice, to wit: one count of theft in the third degree; one count of lying to a police office and finally one count of driving while license suspended or revoked.

— Possessions of methamphetamines: A 37-year-old Silverdale woman was arrested for meth possession. A 34-year-old Port Orchard woman was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A 51-year-old Poulsbo man was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

— Robbery, acting as an accomplice: A 28-year-old Gig Harbor woman was charged with first-degree robbery because she acted as an accomplice in the crime of robbery.

— Serial robbery: A 48-year-old Poulsbo man was charged with three counts of robbery for holding up a series of convenience stores and retail outlets.

— First-degree assault and special allegation of domestic violence: A 38-year-old Bremerton with one count of assault for trying to strangle a woman, apparently his domestic partner. Because this was a domestic setting, a special allegation of domestic violence was added.

— Robbery in the first degree/accomplice to a violent crime: A 38-year-old Port Orchard man was charged with felony first-degree robbery for acting as an accomplice in a crime involving a stick-up at a local convenience store.

— Fugitive from justice in another state: A 26-year-old Oregon man, who was fleeing from justice in Oregon, was apprehended in Kitsap County, and will be held in the County jail until he can be remanded to Oregon. He will also forfeit bail for his troubles.

— Driving under the influence/special charge, high BAC: A 45-year-old Suquamish woman was arrested and charged with driving under the influence with a measured blood alcohol level of .015 — nearly double the state limit.

— Third-degree theft: A 35-year-old Kingston woman was arrested and charged with shoplifting after she was caught with merchandise from a Sportsman’s Warehouse retail outlet.

— Fourth degree assault/domestic violence: On Sept. 19, a 39-year-old Port Orchard man was arrested and charged with felony assault for attacking his partner. He was charged with fourth-degree assault with a special allegation for domestic violence.

— Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence: A 54-year-old Silverdale man was arrested and charged with assault for attacking his partner, for which was added a special allegation of domestic violence.
