Community Bike Fest April 28 in Kingston

The Greater Kingston Kiwanis has announced the return of the Community Bike Fest April 28 from 1-4 p.m. at Kingston High School.

The free event for beginners to advanced riders features an afternoon of family-friendly activities, bike-related entertainment and valuable resources for cycling enthusiasts, a Kiwanis news release states.

There will be bicycle safety checks to ensure your ride is in top condition. Engage in skills tests and put your cycling abilities to the test. Experience the thrill of BMX riding with demonstrations. Test your agility and endurance on specially designed obstacle courses tailored to different skill levels.

North Kitsap Fire and Rescue will provide helmet fittings. Additionally, deputies from the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Refreshments will be available from a food truck.
