At 7 a.m. Nov. 9 Poulsbo Fire Department and Navy Region Northwest Fire & Emergency Services were dispatched to a vehicle in the water off the end of the Keyport boat launch.

Additionally, rescue swimmers from Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue and Bainbridge Island Fire Department conducted a search of the vehicle and area, a PFD news release states.

The vehicle was empty and no one was located in surrounding waters.
