The parade application deadline for the 61st annual American Financial Solutions Armed Forces Day Parade at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 16 in downtown Bremerton is quickly approaching.

Applications are due to the Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce office by Friday, April 24 to be considered for this year’s parade.

The event is the nation’s largest and longest-running Armed Forces Day Parade and regularly attracts crowds of 20,000 to 30,000 people.

Parade applications are available online at www.bremertonchamber.org/ArmedForcesFestival.php or at the Chamber, located at 286 Fourth St. in Bremerton.
