The 48th annual Poulsbo Yacht Club Lighted Ships Parade starts at the Poulsbo Yacht Club marina at 5 p.m. Dec. 16. If you would like to participate, contact Bill Whiteley at 360-440-8082 or “We continue to emphasize safety, so please sign up early so we can get you the Boat Lighting and Course Safety handout,” the yacht club reported.
