I am disappointed in how some people don’t seem to know about what is going on in our Congress, that House Speaker John Boehner doesn’t want to pass any important bills because he doesn’t want the responsibility. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell doesn’t want any bills passed either. In fact, he said his main job was to make Obama miserable for eight years.

Both John Boehner and Mitch McConnell, in my opinion, are anti-middle-class and anti-American. I feel both men are afraid of the tea party.

People don’t know about the Koch brothers either. They have plans to turn back our country to the 1930s and 40s before there was Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and other programs that the middle class may need. They also want to privatize our Postal Service and our public schools for profit. These two billionaires support the tea party and others in Congress that they can buy. They use their money to destroy our democracy and our way of living. This situation will get a lot worse if the Democrats lose the Senate. The Koch brothers’ money is already buying elections in many states, counties and cities.

We need to educate ourselves and stand up for democracy and the rights of Americans.
