A word of caution to the people fighting the city over the Klingel property rezone. Don’t be deluded by vague promises. Stay alert. You have won the skirmish not a war. Nail down the assurances given you.

Remember, (to paraphrase Sam Goldwyn) “verbal assurance ain’t worth the paper they’re written on.”
