Prior to Jay Inslee’s Town Hall meeting on Saturday, volunteers from the Community Pool Action Committee sold water to the people in line and asked if they knew we have a community pool in Poulsbo.

We were amazed by how many people who said, “We do?” or “We thought it was closed.”

For the record, the North Kitsap Community Pool on Hostmark St. (across the street from NKHS) is open, beautiful, and packed with opportunities for aquasize, lap swims, lessons for all ages and swim teams for our youth.
