Regarding the article concerning Benjamin MacQueen, who was killed on March 11, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in the vehicle accident on Highway 104 (“One dead, two injured in head-on crash at 104 and Parcells,” March 12 KingstonCommunityNews.com:

The several IDs that you referred to as being in the car with him were his own: ID with his birth name on it (he had legally changed his name several years ago to my last name; I am this precious boy’s mother); a bank card belonging to his fiancé; and a debit card that his brother (my older son) had just given him that morning so he could buy gas.

Each piece of property you refer to was returned to us during our visit to the State Patrol office in Bremerton this morning. You can verify that with them. He was in his legal right to have each one of them in his possession.

Arrangements have been made and my son will be cremated at the beginning of next week and taken to California where his family and so many that loved him can say goodbye.
