SHINE – State Route 104 Hood Canal Bridge night closures resume on Monday, April 16. Construction crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will intermittently close the State Route 104 Hood Canal Bridge to vehicular traffic while crews work to rehabilitate the drawspan’s mechanical components.

The night closure schedule is as follows:

10 p.m. until 4 a.m. each night from Monday, April 16, through Saturday morning, April 28, with the exception of Sunday, April 22 when crews will work until 7 a.m. During these closures, crews will open the bridge to traffic several times to ease congestion. The traffic openings will be unscheduled and performed as workloads allow.
