A 29-year-old Port Orchard woman was killed Oct. 28 in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 3 at Lake Flora Road near the Bremerton National Airport.

The woman, Amber Cetinel, was driving a Honda Civic and was stopped on Lake Flora Road at Hwy 3. A flatbed truck driven by a 54-year-old Bremerton man was traveling north on Hwy 3. As the Civic began to turn onto Hwy 3, it was struck by the truck, per the Washington State Patrol incident report. The man driving the truck was not injured.

The incident report says a failure to yield by the Civic caused the crash.
