Seattle Cancer Care Alliance celebrated the expansion of its Poulsbo oncology clinic with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony at the Peninsula Medical Building Wednesday night.

The SCCA opened the radiation oncology clinic last June and later announced it would be expanding the oncology program at the clinic to include new services such as hematological and oncological consultation and management, infusion therapy with an on-site pharmacy and supportive care.

The night’s festivities included speeches from Dr. Jennie Crews, Administrative and Medical Director for SCCA Community Sites, Aaron Crane Executive Vice President for the SCCA, Dr. Farnoush Abar Medical Oncologist at the Poulsbo location and Poulsbo Mayor Becky Erickson.
