PORT ORCHARD — South Kitsap residents settled down on Christmas Eve when snow flurries began falling in the area, setting the scene for a white Christmas. The Port Orchard Independent’s Robert Zollna sent up his drone to record a wintry scene over Port Orchard, complete with snowflakes circulating above the city Christmas morning.
