MANCHESTER — A lockdown at Manchester Elementary School Friday afternoon, put in place by Kitsap County law enforcement in pursuit of a felony warrant suspect in the area, has been lifted.
The lockdown took place from 2 until 3 p.m., said South Kitsap School District spokeswoman Amy Miller. She said the school returned to normal operations after the lockdown was lifted.
